“I am very happy with my purchase from Auto Craft Garage (ACG). Buying a used car isn’t easy and finding a seller that is honest is even harder. You need to do your research and take your time evaluating a car before you buy it. Joe at ACG let me do that. Unlike a lot of car flipping guys you find on Facebook market place or Craig’s List, ACG was totally professional. Prior to me even going to see the car they confirmed that the out the door cost would be in my price range. We took a long test drive and Joe was very patient as I checked the car over for nearly an hour after the test drive. In my research of the car I found it had been sold at auction after having been a theft recovery insurance loss. Without me letting Joe know I knew this, he was very honest in telling me this history of the car. Everything he told me aligned with my research. He showed me pictures of the theft damage and explained the repairs that were made. Prior to me purchasing he showed me the CarFax and showed me the title, everything was very straight and transparent. We negotiated in good faith and quickly arrived at a very fair sale price. As they also do a lot of work with car dealerships and exporting cars, they had all of the tools and connections to handle all the Illinois tax, tag, and title work. It was just like a dealership but with out all of the dealership BS add-ons. I was able to drive off with a proper IL temporary tag and my IL plates arrived less than 2 weeks later. They were also very responsive after the sale helping me find the key for the wheel locks. These guys are pros and I will come back next time I am looking for a used car.”
